How To Care For Your Everlasting® Roses
It’s easy! Unlike normal roses which require constant watering, a change of vases, and grooming of loose, wilted petals, our roses maintain their freshness and longevity for at least a year without tedious and time-consuming maintenance.
Simply keep the roses away from direct sunlight and at room temperature, and your stylish arrangement will retain its elegance and grace for an entire year or more.
If for any reason there is issue with your order, defective or damaged items, you must notify My Lasting Bouquet within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding the damaged or defective arrangement along with your proof of payment and any accompanying details, such as photographs. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Further instructions will be emailed to you on how to organise your return, do not simply return your items to sender.
As each order is custom & handcrafted to order, refunds are only available if the item(s) are defective or damaged. Any claims received later than 24 hours after delivery will be rejected.
If your return claim is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 - 14 days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Unfortunately, My Lasting Bouquet can not accommodate a refund once an order has been placed. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions, comments, or concerns, and a team member will do everything possible to assist you. Additionally, notwithstanding the foregoing, if your order is already in the process of being created, it cannot be cancelled for any reason whatsoever.
