The shipping time to the rest of mainland Australia varies between 1-5 business days (depending on the delivery address) from the selected dispatch date selected at checkout.


Please note that deliveries to regional suburbs will require additional transit time.

We always do our best to deliver/dispatch your order on the selected date, however, factors outside of our control can affect delivery time such as drive break downs, strikes, inclement weather, natural disasters and other factors beyond our control.




All arrangements are eligible to ship outside Australia to the countries listed below. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. All orders shipped to addresses outside Australia are shipped via FedEx, DHL or Australia Post (whichever options are available). Shipping times vary based on destination, however are usually between 4-10 days. You should see a carrier delivery estimate at checkout. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials. Please note that the customer is responsible for any delayed caused by customs processing.

All international shipments that are going through customs clearance may have delays and it is up to the customs clearance procedures on how long the package may be held.   


Some orders may require additional processing time in the case of order or identity verification. Since we use a Third-Party Verification system, we have to wait until clearance is received before dispatching an order that had been flagged. Our team will notify the customer who's order gets flagged via email. 



We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped.
