SYDNEY METRO DELIVERIES 

Our couriers deliver Monday-Sunday between 9AM and 5PM.

Free Next Day Delivery is available for any orders placed by 3PM. Please select your required delivery date at checkout.

Pre-order in advance by selecting your future required delivery date on the calendar at checkout.

Same day delivery is available for orders placed by 2PM (same day) or after 3PM the previous day. Please select the 'same day delivery' option at checkout. 

REST OF AUSTRALIA DELIVERIES

Free Shipping is available to the rest of mainland Australia and shipping time varies between 2-5 days (depending on the delivery address) from the selected dispatch date selected at checkout.

Express Shipping is also available. Please select the 'express shipping' option at checkout.

Pre-order in advance by selecting your future required shipping date on the calendar at checkout.

Please note that deliveries to regional suburbs will require additional transit time.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

All arrangements are eligible to ship outside Australia to the countries listed below. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. All orders shipped to addresses outside Australia are shipped via FedEx, DHL or Australia Post (whichever options are available). Shipping times vary based on destination, however are usually between 4-15 days. You should see a carrier delivery estimate at checkout. Please allow additional days for customs clearance. 

Unlike normal roses which require constant watering, a change of vases, and grooming of loose, wilted petals, our roses maintain their freshness and longevity for at least a year without tedious and time-consuming maintenance. 

Simply keep the roses away from direct sunlight and at room temperature, and your stylish arrangement will retain its elegance and grace for an entire year or more.

Our everlasting florals are grown at our vibrant and lush rose farms in Ecuador, where the climate ensures we yield the highest quality roses.  The roses are hand-picked at their most perfect and pristine state and are then dehydrated and treated with natural oils and a non-toxic, non-allergenic wax-based formula, which puts the growth of the roses on hold for a year or more!
